QUICK TAKE:
Nike unveiled the Nike Air Max 270 React on the feet of the United States Women’s soccer team over the weekend, and needless to say, its a beauty. There is limited information about this model and future React-infused models, but this sneak peek is an exciting start.
DESIGN:
The shoe features a white base with red and blue locking in the upper. Yellow hits on the Nike Air bubble and around the ankle provide even more summer color. The sole features Nike React forefoot tooling, with the aforementioned Nike Air bubble used for stability and impact reduction in the heel.
ANALYSIS:
Coming quickly on the heels of the recently introduced Nike React Presto, Nike React tech is quickly finding its way to many of the Swoosh’s models. Although many would still point out adidas BOOST as their favorite footwear technology, React will be a household name by the end of 2019, especially with Nike’s initiatives to add it to more models in the future.
