QUICK TAKE:
Kanye West continues to add models to the ever-growing Yeezy brand. Even after multiple colorways and versions of his original sock-like sneaker, the Yeezy fanbase continues to grow and yearn for more. The model in question was originally dubbed the Yeezy Boost 350 v3 “Alien”, but now has been renamed the Yeezy Boost 380 “Alien”, and given an official release date for this November.
The change in nomenclature makes sense considering the 350 number has become synonymous for the ribbed exteriors of the outsoles, a striking detail that is completely absent from this model.

DESIGN:
adidas and Kanye have dropped various iterations of the Yeezy Boost 380. The main differences in this new model include a new Primeknit pattern covering the upper, elimination of the lateral side stripe from the V2, and a thicker midsole.
ANALYSIS:
This model will give Yeezy a direction to go in with its next models. The organic nature of the upper epitomizes the styling seen on various Yeezy models leading up to this point. Elimination of the ribbed midsole also make the new silhouette sleeker. Overall, these resemble the Yeezy basketball shoes that have floated around for months.
RELEASE INFORMATION:
This model is scheduled to make its debut on Nov. 16 at select Adidas retailers for $230.
