Nike Reveals Air Max2 Light OG ‘Blue Lagoon’ Colorway

In 2018, chunky 90s styles and ‘Dad’-shoes took the market by storm. With this resurgence of classic runners and retro footwear, Nike has begun to re-release some classics from its vault. Late last year the Swoosh brought back the Air Max2 Light, which originally released in 1994. This model is a lighter version of the Air Max 2, as you may have guessed- however, it still featured a larger air unit- which circles almost fully around the heel of the shoe.

This will be the second reissue of the Air Max2 Light, and this time it comes in a Miami Dolphins-inspired colorway. A white leather upper is melded with turquoise blue paneling throughout the upper.
The air max unit uses a dual-pressure chamber heel and is finished off with a clean white Pylon midsole and Duralon outsole. A hit of orange makes the Air bubble and Nike logo pop, while the Swoosh itself is in a bold black.

The shoe will see its initial release in the UK. It can be acquired for £110 and is available from size? on January 18.
