			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tyler Staley and Noah Roush originally founded KickBeast Media in 2008, but conflicting schedules and other projects postponed the official creation of the company until early 2011. Roush and Staley had originally planned to create yet another sneaker news site, similar to Kicksonfire, Nice Kicks, or Sneaker News, but realized this would be just another sneaker information site among many others. The two then changed their approach, choosing to ride the wave of mobile media. They decided to create an iPhone/iTouch application that would give the user a chance to get all of the sneaker information they wanted, from all of their favorite Kicks News sites, and more. With KickBeast they also wanted to integrate in the wave of YouTube sneaker reviews and other venues of sneaker culture. </p>
